There are three delivery channels available to credit unions*:
METHOD ONE - Online Ordering through eZforex:
A credit union member can opt to make their payment through the CU Service Centers option on the eZforex website and then have the currency shipped to their home address. The member will need to create a user ID and login to complete their currency order and the authentication process.
METHOD TWO - Call Center Ordering:
The eZforex Call Center, 1-888-296-5746, can take currency orders over the phone for members who do not want to create a user ID online. This method will still require an authentication process.
METHOD THREE - On-site Ordering at a participating credit union:
If your credit union participates in eZforex, members can start the process of buying foreign currency while handling your normal teller-to-member transactions. This option allows the foreign currency to be shipped to one of three locations: the participating credit union, the member's home address or the member's business address.
