A Qualstar Credit Union Member Experience:

Recently a Qualstar member made a deposit to our night drop for their Qualstar account. After contacting the member informing them that we do not take Shared Branching transactions through the night drop the member was real concerned on how she was going to pick up the transaction to take to her credit union. She worked out of town and was not able to get back to pick up the deposit before we closed and really needed to get the deposit to Qualstar.

Our Head Teller offered to take the deposit to Qualstar and put it in the night drop for her. That way she would not have to worry about how she was going to make the deposit into her account. The member was so thankful.

This is a great example of demonstrating how credit unions work together to provide superior member service.

I finally had time today to stop by a 7-Eleven and work with the Vcom unit located inside. I noticed on the screen that...there is a CU Service Center icon. I followed the authorization prompts and was able to access my account at Denali Alaskan FCU, and withdraw cash without a fee, as though I had made an over-counter branch transaction. Very useful.
